The New Homes Quality Board aims to raise standards in the new housebuilding industry and has commissioned the New Homes Ombudsman Service to provide the Ombudsman service for customers.

The New Homes Ombudsman Launch provides a free, independent, impartial and confidential service to resolve disputes between customers and builders and will provide a simple and effective alternative to the courts.
